Shed Shuffle
A snake has just shed its skin, and the picture got shuffled! Tap any two tiles to swap them until the picture is whole again, then read how shedding works.
Tap or click one tile, then another, to swap them. Keyboard: Tab to a tile and press Enter.
What this game teaches
- Snakes shed the outer layer of their skin as they grow; the process is called ecdysis.
- Before shedding, a snake's eyes often look cloudy blue.
- Snakes have no eyelids: a clear scale called the spectacle (brille) protects each eye.
- A snake often sheds its whole skin in one piece.
